Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds: At The Recreation Retreat, LLC, we pride ourselves on having one of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge (exceptions apply, such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships) If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can issue a full refund before your order leaves the warehouse. You can reach our agents during business hours by phone, via chat, or by email anytime.

Cancellations of Custom Orders Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom-made to your specifications and start production once your order is placed. Your warranty guarantees a fully functional and operational product. If it is unclear whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. As the customer, you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process. Due to increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, returns incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If replacing the product, we may cover some of these costs depending on the product.

Shipping Times We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on the product pages. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. Delays may occur beyond The Recreation Retreat, LLC's control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please Read the Following When making a purchase from The Recreation Retreat, LLC, you acknowledge the following terms:

  • I will inspect the package upon delivery and note any damage, providing photos to The Recreation Retreat, LLC within 24 hours of delivery.
  • I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of new product shipping in case of a refund or exchange.
  • Returned products must be unopened and unused. A restocking fee may apply.
  • If my order has left the warehouse, I cannot receive a full refund.
  • If I return my order after shipping, I will be responsible for return shipping fees and restocking fees, generally around 25%.

Damages Inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive. If you notice damage, please note it upon signing for delivery. If items arrive damaged, send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a description to info@therecreationretreat.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. For freight damage, photos and videos must be submitted within 24 hours.

Warranty Warranties vary by manufacturer. Refer to individual product pages for details. Warranty issues are based on damages that occur over time and through use. Damage upon arrival must be reported within 30 days and does not constitute a warranty claim.

Returns Customers are responsible for return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless stated otherwise on the product page. All of our products have guaranteed warranty policies, ensuring you receive a fully functional, operating product. Refer to individual product pages for further details.

BOGO Promotions For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you may receive a replacement or store credit for the item’s standalone value. If your order has shipped, you are responsible for actual return shipping charges and potentially a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Chargebacks Our team is dedicated to resolving any issues promptly. We believe our policies are fair and industry-leading. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in criminal liability for theft. If you have an issue, please contact us instead of filing a chargeback so we can resolve it together. Thank you for shopping with us!
